I guide my clients to access their innate wisdom and develop the skills necessary to live with greater confidence, balance and peace. Services

I offer telehealth sessions for your convenience and I’m currently in-network with Premera and Lifewise. If you have insurance through other providers, I can provide receipts for you to seek out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan.
